Kitasenju's "Kappo Kuzushi Tokuta Wara," which closed on October 13, 2023, will reopen on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, as a sit-down izakaya, dropping the "Kappo Kuzushi" part of its name and rebranding it as "Tokuta Wara."
