Hoppy is served from a barrel. Draft Hoppy cannot be served unless various conditions are met, such as thorough temperature control of the mug and contents, sanitary management of the server, and the ratio of shochu to Hoppy. This precious Hoppy can only be enjoyed in a limited number of establishments. It has a creamier foam than bottled Hoppy.
