The "Hitoshika Ethical Campaign" hosted by Ichinokura in Miyagi Prefecture will be held on X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram from May 1st to 25th, 2025. "Hitoshika" is an abbreviation for "Thinking about the Coexistence of People and Nature," a special junmai sake made with organic winter-flooded rice, Sasanishiki, and environmentally friendly methods. For this campaign, participants can enter by sharing on social media the ethical behavior they practice in their daily lives, such as using their own bottle or commuting by bicycle.

To apply, you must follow the official account and post with the hashtag "# Hitoshika Ethical." Winners will receive Hitoshika rice, organic rice, and original Ichinokura goods. The results will be announced on June 5th, Environment Day. This is a campaign that anyone can easily participate in and that raises environmental awareness.
