The Asahi Sake School is a course designed to help participants learn about sake in a fun way and become familiar with it. This time, the classroom will be the Asahi Shuzo brewery, and participants will be able to sample over 10 brands of sake, including Kubota and Asahiyama, as well as take part in a special program where they can learn about the sake production process. In particular, the koji-making experience, which will be relaunched for the first time in six years, will allow participants to wear loungewear and experience this valuable production process.
