Characteristics of "Bakauke Kagura Nanban Miso Flavor"
(1) “Iyahiko rice” 100% used
We use 100% Koshihikari rice, "Iyahiko Rice," a specially cultivated rice from Yahiko Village that is excellent in every respect, including its strong flavor and stickiness, aroma, luster, beautiful cooked appearance, and soft texture.
(2)Made with "Kagura Nanban," a traditional chili pepper from Minamiuonuma, Niigata
The bakauke is seasoned with "Kagura Nanban," a chili pepper that is a traditional vegetable grown in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture, and has a lingering, spicy kick while retaining the flavor of miso.
(3) Bite-sized pieces that are easy for women to eat
To be enjoyed with alcohol, we have made them into small pieces that are easy for women to pick up, rather than individually wrapped Bakauke. Also, with the idea of eating them multiple times in succession in mind, we have made them into a thin, crispy type.
(4) "5-pack" perfect as a souvenir from Niigata
This product contains five 25g sachets, perfect for personal use or as a gift for family and friends.
