Miyazaki Sake Brewery, a long-established sake brewery with over 150 years of history in Kimitsu City, Chiba Prefecture, is restarting operations after being taken over by Anato Holdings. Under the new structure, the first product, "Mine no Sei makuake Junmai Daiginjo," will be released on July 17, 2025.

This sake is designed to be easy to drink, with the concept of celebrating the "beginning" of life. Their flagship brand, Mine no Sei, has also been revamped and is now available in a small bottle. By incorporating innovation while preserving tradition, they aim to expand from their hometown of Kimitsu to the world.
