To coincide with the publication of "Travelling Around the World: Hyogo" (2026-2027 edition), the "Shurin" project, which is themed around experiencing travel and culture with all five senses, has collaborated with Nada Hamafukutsuru Brewery (Hamafukutsuru) in Hyogo Prefecture to launch "Travelling Around the World Original Sake (Hyogo, Hamafukutsuru)" on Thursday, August 28, 2025, as part of a series of collaborations with sake breweries across Japan.
It features Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, the famous water "Miyamizu" from the Rokko Mountains, and the skill of the master brewer, resulting in an elegant aroma and rich rice flavor. The volume is 300 mL and is sealed in an original bottle featuring the cover of the guidebook. The price is 1,500 yen including tax.
