Founded 161 years ago, this brewery is well known for its sake "Tama Jiman" and "Tama no Megumi" and craft beer "TOKYO BLUES."Ishikawa Sake Breweryopened "Tamatebako," a select shop offering products from the Tama region, in Akishima City, Tokyo, in January 2024. As a new service, they have started offering hot coffee made with their own roasted coffee and brewed with Akishima City's deep groundwater, as well as scones and bagels for dine-in. They will also be offering a special offer of draft craft beer during Golden Week!
