Japanese sake brand "ICHI-GO-CAN®" is a project organized by volunteers from Fujifilm employees.FUJIOH SAKE PROJECT" will be released to the public in limited quantities under a special label.
This sake is brewed at Seto Sake Brewery in Kaisei-cho, Ashigarakami-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture, using high-quality "Ashigara Spring Water" that springs from within the Fujifilm factory grounds. It is currently on sale at the ekiben shop "Matsuri" inside Tokyo Station and other locations.

■Product DescriptionThis Junmai Ginjo sake is made with the pure spring water of Minamiashigara, a place the brewer is so fond of, and is brewed with locally grown Yamadanishiki rice and hydrangea flower yeast. Enjoy the refreshing aroma and the fresh taste with a fruity, grape-like flavor.
■Brewery Description: A sake brewery founded in 1865 in Kaisei Town, Kanagawa Prefecture. Making the most of Kaisei Town's beautiful nature and abundant resources, and utilizing traditional brewing techniques, the brewery aims to bring joy and happiness to those who drink its sake. It also aims to spread the deliciousness, enjoyment, and richness of sake to as many people as possible. To that end, Seto Sake Brewery is committed to carefully brewing sake in small batches, using deep groundwater from the Tanzawa Mountains as its brewing water, steaming rice using a koshiki (steam steamer) based on the Japanese kettle method, and meticulous koji production using the box koji method.
