Japanese sake brand "ICHI-GO-CAN®" x JR East Group

To coincide with the debut of the new Yamagata Shinkansen E8 series trains, which will begin operation on March 16, 2024, and the Yamagata Prefecture Spring Tourism Campaign, which will be held from April 1 to June 30, 2024, we will be selling ICHI-GO-CAN® in collaboration with Yamagata brewery Higashi no Fumoto Sake Brewery.

Alcohol content: 15 degrees

Alcohol Description: Made with 100% Tsuyahime rice from Yamagata Prefecture. Tsuyahime's distinctive feature is that it's delicious when freshly cooked, but also when cold, making this sake a delicious drink at any temperature, so you'll want to drink it again and again. Developed in collaboration with Tohoku University of Art and Design as an introduction to sake.
