Located just a 15-minute walk from Niigata Station, the gateway to Niigata Prefecture, Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. is the closest to the brewery and serves as the "gateway to sake," hosting daily tours of the brewery. In fact, the brewery has been accepting guests for tours since 1982, with a history of over 40 years. By opening the brewery to the public, they value the opportunity to make sake feel more familiar to not only enthusiasts but also those who are unfamiliar with sake. Currently, tours are available seven times a day on weekdays and eight times a day on weekends and holidays.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, we introduced a reservation system and have had many customers use it, but during long holidays and tourist seasons, we quickly reach capacity and are often forced to turn away visitors at an early stage... However, last-minute changes to plans are inevitable, so we wanted to allow more people to enjoy our tours, and so we have added a cancellation waiting list function!
