Sapporo Beer will release a limited quantity of "Wooden Barrel Aged Yebisu Key of the Night -Barrel Aged-" exclusively at the brand experience facility "YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO" in Ebisu from October 15, 2025.
This is a barley wine-style beer called "Key of the Night" that has been aged in first-fill bourbon casks (the first bourbon barrels ever used) that were previously used for the Scotch whisky "Dewar's 12 Year Old," and is characterized by its rich aroma and complex flavor.
This is a special product commemorating the facility's first anniversary, and a completion unveiling event called "Unlock the Night" will be held on October 14th, the day before the release, limited to the first 88 people.
