From Hakutsuru Brewery, craft gin "KOBE HERBAL GIN HakufuTwo new varieties of "Kobe Herbal Gin Shirakaze" will be available exclusively at our directly managed stores and liquor stores and restaurants in the Kansai area from December 9, 2024. This is our first attempt at a gin, and we focused on using rare botanicals that are unique to Kobe City to express the Kobe style (i.e., the flavor that is characteristic of Kobe).
