[Bar Information] Popular local Chinese restaurant "Itsuki" in Horikiri Shobuen is closed due to owner being involved in a traffic accident

The owner of the popular local Chinese restaurant "Kiichi" in Horikiri Shobuen was involved in a traffic accident on Sunday, July 30th, and broke his collarbone. He will undergo surgery and is scheduled to reopen in October.

Apparently it was a hit-and-run and the culprit has not yet been caught. I hope they catch him soon and that he recovers quickly.
