Joint Brewing Support Project for Sake Breweries Affected by the Disaster
We have launched a crowdfunding campaign on Makuake with the aim of preserving the brands of breweries affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake and continuing sake brewing. This project brings together sake breweries from around the country to brew sake together, supporting sales at affected breweries and the tradition of sake brewing. Through crowdfunding, we will raise the funds necessary for sake brewing, contributing to the recovery of the affected areas and the preservation of sake culture.
With the motto "Don't stop Noto sake!", the affected breweries and cooperating breweries from outside the prefecture will take on the challenge of joint brewing, and each brewery will produce two types of sake: one based on the original recipe of the affected brewery, and one that is a collaborative product.
