Starting Wednesday, July 17, 2024, Mos Burger stores nationwide will be selling a limited quantity of "Mixed Shake New Dassai Non-Alcoholic," which uses Asahi Shuzo's rice koji sweet sake "New Amazake."
This is the third collaboration since the first in 2020, and the previous collaboration, "Mixed Shake Dassai DASSAI," was well-received, selling approximately 200,000 servings in 10 days. "Shinsei Amazake" is an amazake made from Yamadanishiki rice polished to 50%, and this time it will be served as a non-alcoholic shake with 0.00% alcohol content. When served, it will be presented in a sleeve that follows the outer box design of the "Shinsei Dassai," which was renewed in 2022 with a red base. The shake is characterized by its luxurious flavor, combining the original sauce with "Moss Shake Vanilla" and tightening the taste with Patagonia salt.
