"Sake Coffee" is made by steeping raw beans from Brazil in sake, transferring the flavor to the beans, and then roasting them. In particular, "Sake Coffee Junmai Ginjo" was born from a collaboration with Izumibashi Sake Brewery, which was founded in 1858. This project began with a meeting between the two companies in Ebina City, and was realized as a collaboration rooted in the local community. Currently, seven types are available: "Rum," "Whisky," "Wine," "Brown Sugar Shochu," "Brandy," "Gin," and "Junmai Ginjo."
