This gin and soda is made with an improved version of the NOZAWA CLASSIC DRY JIN recipe. It has a refreshing and delicate lemon peel aroma, while the addition of Japanese pepper gives it a pleasant citrus flavor with a Japanese touch.

The amount of botanicals is higher than in GIN SODA, so the botanicals of the juniper berry base stand out more, resulting in a product with a strong earthy and spicy aroma.In addition, the amount of Japanese pepper is increased, further enhancing the refreshing and stimulating aroma.
