Orion Beer (Tomigusuku City, Okinawa Prefecture) is expected to be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange as early as September 2025. This could be the first case of an Okinawan manufacturing company doing so.
The current shareholders are Carlyle and Nomura Capital Partners, each with approximately 40% stake, Asahi Group and Kintetsu Group with approximately 10% stake each. Nomura Securities and others will act as lead managers.
Furthermore, we are also working with the large theme park "Junglia Okinawa," which is scheduled to open in July 2025, to provide exclusive beer and awamori within the park, among other local initiatives.
