BS11 Izakaya Explorer Kazuhiko Ota's book "Japanese Izakaya Heritage"Japan Izakaya Heritage Tenugui" hand towels, a collaboration between "" and Beams Co., Ltd., went on sale at "BS11 SHOP" from February 9th.
This product is a collaboration to commemorate the completion of the "East Japan Edition" and "West Japan Edition" of the book "Japan Izakaya Heritage," in which izakaya explorer Kazuhiko Ota traveled around Japan to izakayas and selected and recorded establishments that met three criteria: "Established long ago and still in the same building as before," "Continued to operate unchanged for generations," and "Even though they are long-established, they still maintain their status as places for the common people." The product was produced by Beams Japan, which promotes the various charms of Japan both domestically and internationally.
There are three designs in total. I'm curious to see which izakaya is depicted.
