"SUIKYO 15 Year Old" is a long-aged sake produced by a sake brewery in Kuma District, Kumamoto Prefecture. This youthful, clear sweet potato shochu, which takes advantage of the high sugar content of sweet sweet potatoes, has been aged for 15 years in white oak barrels. This long-term aging in white oak barrels, which have a sweet barrel aroma, has resulted in an exceptionally aged sake with an elegant fragrance.
When poured into a glass, it has a sweet and gorgeous aroma reminiscent of vanilla and white flowers that gently rises. Its soft texture gently clings to the tongue, and its elegant caramel-like sweetness and richness slowly spread throughout the mouth.
