[Admin's Tweet] The familiar standing-style Kishimen restaurant "Suzukiya" closes

Topics.

Redevelopment, urban planning, aging...

I'm tired of hearing that word.

Is it true that Kishimen restaurant "Suzukiya" in Ningyocho is closing down too?

I have fond memories of Suzukiya in Bakurocho, but will Ningyocho be closing as well?

The clear, gentle soup is irresistible; I could eat it every day.

There is cold Kishimen as well, but in the end I prefer it hot.

It's really hot today, but I'll have some "Kakiage Kishi" - hot Kishimen noodles topped with kakiage tempura.

The timing for eating snow peas is the same as the timing for eating seaweed with ramen.

In my case it was quite early.

The tempura melts into the soup and the flavor becomes even better towards the end.

The soup and noodles are both excellent.

It closes on August 31st...I forgot to order oden with egg, so I'd like to come again.
