Okuhida Sake Brewery (Kanayama, Kanayama-cho, Gero City, Gifu Prefecture), founded in the Edo period in 1720, has launched a comfortable, low-alcohol sake brand that makes you want to chat with your drink.CHAIR" has been born. Two types of sake, "Low CHAIR" with an alcohol content of 8% and "High CHAIR" with an alcohol content of 13%, will be on sale from Wednesday, December 20, 2023.

■Low CHAIR

"Low CHAIR" has an alcohol content of 8% and is a sweet and easy-to-drink beer that pairs well with cheese and nuts. It is made using 100% Hida Homare rice from Gifu Prefecture and brewed with underground water from the Hida River.

・Price: 900 yen (tax included) / 300ml

Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice koji (domestic rice)

■High CHAIR

"High CHAIR" has an alcohol content of 13% and a refreshing taste that will enhance your everyday cooking. It is made using 100% Hida Homare rice from Gifu Prefecture and brewed with underground water from the Hida River.
