It's the 4th anniversary of the launch of "Tama Channel"! So, we celebrated by toasting at Nakanoen, a restaurant we hadn't been to in a while. The comfortable atmosphere created by the couple who will soon be turning 90, and the exquisite meat, expertly cut, had us eating our chopsticks and drinking our sake like crazy.
