A long-established Okinawan oden specialty restaurant with a history of about 50 years.Mother" closed in November of last year due to the aging of the owner. The Okinawa Prefectural Business Succession and Handover Support Center matched up the business with D's Planning, the operator of "Yappari Steak," and the restaurant reopened on Friday, February 9th. President Yoshimoto, who has a mission to spread Okinawan oden outside the prefecture and overseas, inherited the secret stock and recipes from the founder and has continued to operate the restaurant without making major changes to the interior or signboard. The restaurant has also made changes to its menu to suit the times, such as raising the price of its all-you-can-eat and drink option from 2,500 yen to 3,500 yen, and has made a fresh start.
