Suntory will complete the renovation of its Hakushu Brewery tomorrow, September 1st (Sunday). Aiming to improve quality, floor malting and yeast culture processes have been introduced. In May, a "Bird Bridge" was installed, allowing visitors to experience nature, and on September 1st, a restaurant using locally sourced ingredients, "Hakushu Terrace," opened.
On September 20th, the "Hakushu Distillery Manufacturing Tour Prestige" was launched. Hakushu Distillery places importance on coexistence with nature and produces products based on Suntory's philosophy. Business hours are 10:00-16:30, and the distillery is closed during the New Year holidays and on factory holidays.
