CO₂ generated at the microbrewery within the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum is captured using DAC technology, and herbs are grown using Spice Cube's indoor agricultural device, "AGROT." This is a circular, sustainable initiative that uses the herbs as ingredients for sake and craft gin. In the future, the company aims to develop this project as a model for urban agriculture and upcycling.
