This is a well-established bar located in the city center in front of Mizusawa Station. The only food served is grilled offal, with three types available: offal (white), tongue, and liver. The only alcoholic drinks are Kirin Lager, the local sake "Iwate Homare," and the authentic barley shochu "Genkai." Even so, the bar is bustling with local black-belt drinkers every night.
