Shinkoiwa "Uosan"
Shin-Koiwa is a town with many bars, including many famous establishments such as cheap and delicious standing bars, so you'll never be short of places to drink.
The Shinkoiwa branch of the super famous restaurant "Uosan," which has locations in Monnaka and Morishita, is a restaurant I personally love, with a double U-shaped layout and a small tatami room, which neatly embodies the best of Uosan. This size is so relaxing.
Large bottle (620 yen)
Speaking of Uosan, they have Asahi beer. They have Super Dry and recently Maruef. The in-store posters are all about Asahi beer, and the large bottles are ice-cold with water. Hmm! I'd like a large bottle of Maruef, please!
There is no shochu, and the lineup is simple, with only beer and sake. Tora-san must like it. Let's eat!
Oyster vinegar (430 yen)
The vinegared oysters are served within seconds of ordering, and the citrus and vinegar flavors will blow away any fatigue you may have. It's more than enough!
Grilled salted mackerel (500 yen)
You get a tissue with your grilled salted mackerel. I like to eat grilled fish neatly by myself, so my hands get dirty. To be honest, one tissue isn't enough, but asking for more tissues would be rude, so I use one tissue until it's perfectly round.
Hot sake (150 yen)
After finishing the large bottle, I switched to hot sake. When you come to Uosan, you have to drink alcohol.
Conger eel tempura (550 yen)
I don't have any tempura sauce, I just eat it with salt. It goes well with sake.
Yellowtail soup (soup) 150 yen
The "Otsuyu" is cheaper than the recent bottled juice and is excellent value for money. The soup is so delicious you'll want to add it to your ramen...no, the soup is delicious. There are a lot of bones, but it's fun to eat it like crab, munching on it...no, the soup is delicious.
