Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, is home to the largest number of sake breweries. All 16 of Nagaoka's sake breweries will gather at the Echigo Nagaoka Sake no Jin on Saturday, September 23rd (national holiday). Advance tickets will be available from July 21st. You can find ponzu sours at places like Oroji in Shinbashi and New Kayaba in Kayabacho. From July 14th (Friday) to August 31st (Thursday), Sunshine City Alpa and other locations will be hosting a "Ponzu Sour Quick Drinks" event, where you can enjoy snacks that go perfectly with ponzu sours.
