Ajidokoro Sakabo Nakamura was founded in 1956 (Showa 31). After 65 years of operation in Otaru, Susukino, and Teine, the renowned restaurant known for its katsudon (pork cutlet bowls) will be closing on Wednesday, February 28th. The owner, who has been battling illness, has continued to operate the restaurant, but recently posted an announcement on social media about the restaurant's closure.
