Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture, has collaborated with the long-established sake brewery Kikumasamune Sake Brewery (Kobe City) and the agricultural venture Nippon Nogyo to develop a Junmai Daiginjo sake called "Tsuchi to Rice Fields The Beginning 2024" using 100% of Yamadanishiki rice grown in Kameoka. The sake is now available as a return gift for hometown tax donations.
