In an effort to increase consumption and awareness of Miyazaki Prefecture's shochu, the prefecture has created the "Miyazaki Honkaku Shochu Taste Map," which showcases the unique characteristics of 74 varieties of sweet potato shochu from 27 breweries in the prefecture.
