Founded in 1963 (Showa 38), this long-established ramen restaurant in Naoetsu, Niigata Prefecture, is famous as a mecca for riders and appears in Shohei Higashimoto's motorcycle manga "RIDE."New Halbin" will close on Monday, January 20th.
We managed to continue business in a building that was damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake, but we have decided that we have reached our limit as many parts are beyond repair and have closed the store. Thank you for your hard work over the past 61 years.
