[Product Information] Hostel UNPLAN and Ichinoya, a long-established sake brewery in Omachi, have teamed up to release "SAKE SHOT," a 50ml shot of sake.

Yamaai Crew, a hotel and restaurant chain in the Hakuba area of Nagano Prefecture, is collaborating with the UNPLAN Village Hakuba hostel and Ichinoya Sake Brewery, a long-established sake brewery in Omachi, to launch a new sake experience called "SAKE SHOT" in December 2025.

A fire broke out in the early hours of December 23rd in the Nakanobu Shopping Arcade in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, destroying five establishments, including Shu Sake Corporation, a liquor store specializing in Japanese sake.
