Founded in 1959 (Showa 34), the popular, long-established local Chinese restaurant "Hakuryu" in Kamifukuoka closed in April of this year, but it seems that the owner has recovered and reopened on July 1st. Congratulations to all the former Hakuryu refugees! For more details, click here ↓↓↓...
