[Bar Information] Kitasenju's "Tokuta Wara" restarts as a sit-down bar

Kitasenju's "Kappo Kuzushi Tokuta Wara" closed on October 13th of this year, but the new restaurant's name is "Tokuta Wara," simply incorporating the "Kappo Kuzushi" character. It will be a sit-down restaurant offering premium cuisine. Interior construction is currently underway, with the restaurant set to reopen this winter.

On September 13th, right after I heard that "Tokuta Wara" in Kitasenju was closing, I went there five times and got turned down three times. I came 30 minutes before opening time, but there was already a huge line. I don't think I'll be able to get in right away. If I hadn't stopped by the bank, I might have been able to get in right when they opened...
