A fire broke out in the early hours of December 23rd in the Nakanobu Shopping Arcade in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, destroying five establishments, including Shu Sake Corporation, a liquor store specializing in Japanese sake. According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department and other sources, reports of fire, a burning smell, and visible smoke were reported just after midnight on the 23rd.

The clear "motsu stew" (offal stew) with its kelp dashi stock and the rare "kegashi hoppy" (drafted beer) with its delicate bubbles were both excellent. Furthermore, the incredibly tender fried giara (fish sardines) were also excellent. This small bar was absolutely fantastic.
