Aisai City, Aichi PrefectureMizutani Sake Brewery" suffered significant damage in a fire that broke out on May 9, 2024. A post-fire damage report revealed damage to facilities and an impact on production.
At the June 29th announcement, Mizutani Brewery explained its plans and future efforts for reconstruction, and stated its intention to proceed with reconstruction with the support of the local community. Mizutani Brewery will continue to make every effort to once again deliver delicious sake.
