Job details
My job is to make Japanese sake.
You will be responsible for each part of the process (koji, yeast, mash, raw material processing, etc.).
Work place
Yoshimura Hideo Shoten Sake Brewery (Iwade City, Wakayama Prefecture)

Working hours
Actual working hours: 8 hours
*As this job involves the fermentation of microorganisms (koji mold and yeast), working hours will vary depending on the production content and job duties.
*During the sake brewing season (mid-September to around May), employees are required to live on-site. The number of holidays per week differs between the sake brewing season and the summer.
Salary
Full-time employee: Annual salary of 3,285,000 yen (starting salary for university graduates)
*Bonuses twice a year, including kura-iri allowance
*Salary and preferential treatment will be provided based on experience, ability, etc.
