This time, we visited "Motsuyaki Taiji" in Oyamadai, Setagaya Ward. The owner is a self-proclaimed "Motsuyaki pervert" who was a founding member of "Motsuyaki Den".
Taiji is a bar with a unique, down-to-earth feel in an upscale residential area, but its exquisite skewers have struck a chord with local residents and organ lovers alike, and there's always a queue every day.
