Okuyamato Beer (Address: 672-1 Ouda Shijo, Uda City, Nara Prefecture), which produces and sells craft beer in Uda City, Nara Prefecture, launched a crowdfunding campaign on July 1, 2025 (runs until July 31 / currently available on CAMPFIRE) to open a "distillery with accommodation" in this area, where herbal medicine culture is deeply rooted.
This project is the second installment following the "Staying at a Brewery (with Okuyamato Beer)," which opened in 2021. This time, we will combine craft gin production with a lodging experience, proposing a new form of travel and wellness through a rental space enveloped in the aroma of herbs and plants.

Project Features
・From Uda, Nara, where medicinal herb culture thrives
Uda has been known since ancient times as a town of medicinal herbs. Using botanical ingredients such as locally grown herbs, we distill the aroma and memories of the land.
・Craft gin and overnight stay experience = a distillery where you can stay overnight
This 60-year-old traditional Japanese house has been renovated and is now a lodging facility that can accommodate only one group per day. Guests can stay overnight at the distillery, enjoying a new experience of revitalizing their body and mind in a space filled with plants and fragrances.
・The second step is "distillation"
Following on from the "brewery where you can stay overnight" initiative launched in 2021, this time we will be taking on the challenge of creating a base centered around distilled spirits such as gin and spirits.
