Shinagawa "Mikasa" Located in a side street near Shinagawa Station's Konan exit, I visited "Mikasa." The clear "motsu stew" (offal stew) with its kelp dashi stock and the rare "kegashi hoppy" (drafted beer) with its delicate bubbles were both excellent. Furthermore, the incredibly tender fried giara (fish sardines) were also excellent. This small bar was absolutely fantastic.
