TABELU Co., Ltd. is the first craft sake brewery in Okinawa Prefecture.NOMU Brewery" will open in Koza Ichibangai. The brewery will produce doburoku and sparkling sake using Okinawan rice, while collaborating with local culture. It will also partner with Konohana Brewery for technical cooperation, and aims to spread a new sake culture from Okinawa City. It is scheduled to open in the fall of 2024. We are looking forward to it!
