The move away from plastic overseas is progressing
As sustainable efforts continue to grow around the world, a very unique idea has emerged from the UK: putting alcoholic beverages, including tequila, in bottles made mostly out of paper. This special bottle, called the "Frugal Bottle," is made of 93% paper, with the inside protected by a special material to prevent the alcohol from seeping out. What's great about this idea is that it's not only lightweight and environmentally friendly, but is also largely recyclable after use, which also reduces CO2 emissions from transporting the bottle. This new, eco-friendly method is gaining attention as a great alternative to using plastic or glass bottles.
