7 "Daytime Drinking" Spots in Koiwa: From Popular Kappo to Kakuuchi, Selected by a Bar Guide
Koiwa is a slightly deep and lively town. There are many restaurants, including izakayas that are open all day, and liquor stores that operate "Kadouchi" (a corner bar) where you can enjoy a drink in the corner of a liquor store.

nice to meet you.
I always enjoy watching your YouTube and Syupo videos.
My name is Hishiki and I have been going to Uchida since the days when a plate still cost 160 yen.
I really like Uchida's plum cocktails, and although there are many similar ones, I have yet to come across one that surpasses Uchida's...
I've been to various bars, including Shimonya, Osakaya, Akimotoya, Izumiya, Den, Masuyama, Ohashi, and Noyaki, but I still haven't found him...
Toraya and Muneya were just about as close as Uchida's plum wine, but they weren't as shocking as the first time I tried Uchida's plum wine...
So, I have a question for Nayu, the pub's Senbero queen.
Nayu, have you ever come across a plum sachet that surpasses Uchida's?
If so, I would be grateful if you could let me know. Thank you in advance.
Mr. Hishiki

I, from personal experience
Uchida's plum cocktail is made with Takara Shochu (25% strength) and Amaha plum syrup.
I tried to recreate it at home once.
The atmosphere was definitely different from drinking plum wine in a custom-made glass!
